But this is a moment where what passes for good Republicans like Bob Inglis, Ben Sasse, Mitt Romney and some of us are hoping George W. Bush and Cindy McCain and George Wallace's daughter Peggy Wallace Kennedy to say this is enough of these lies and distortions from Team Trump.

That is part of the conversation for White folk , working white folks, laborers and truckers and police union members who think America has betrayed them. But Deshaun and Trevor have the High Ground with Nick Saban at this moment. Lets have the legitimate conversation Friedman raises.
